It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, new deck with hot tub, wood burning stove, heat/AC, and a charcoal grill. Trails have been cleared on the property for hiking and there is ample parking in front of the cabin.
Nearby attractions include Wayne National ATV Trails, OU College, Hocking College, Stuarts Opera House, Rocky Boots, Lake Hope, Old Man's Cave.
