The newly renovated in July 2018 cottage is located just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Listertalsperre. The accommodation has a new, open-plan kitchen with seating, a living room with flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine. From the dining area and the terrace you have a great view of the Listertalsperre.

Nur im Sommer
Schöner Kurzurlaub an der Listertalsperre über Pfingsten. Unterkunft weist einige Mängel auf: Keine funktionsfähige Heizung im Wohn-/Esszimmer, verschmutzter Toaster, deshalb nicht nutzbar, Fernseher ohne Verbindung, deshalb nicht nutzbar. Betten viel zu klein. Stühle am Esstisch müssen dringend ausgetauscht oder repariert werden. Unterkunft ist max. für 2 Personen und nur im Sommer nutzbar. Objekt macht einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach nicht.

Der Aufenthalt war o.k.. Ein Minuspunkt möchten wir doch noch verteilen, und zwar der Zugang zum Objekt über die Treppe war sehr zugewachsen

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Doppelbett ist etwas zu schmal, ansonsten war das Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet.

Sehr gute Lage, SEHR sauber! Zudem sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren ein paar Tage zum Angeln an der Talsperre und das Haus war dafür wirklich perfekt. Gerne wieder, so sollte das immer laufen :)

Unterbringung kurzfristig gesucht, weil Hotel wegen Corona kein Essen mehr anbot.

ruhige Gegend mit super Ausblick
Wir haben uns sehr spontan entschieden (ein Tag vorher) ein paar Tage weg zu fahren. Trotz der kurzfristigen Anfrage hat alles super einfach und unkompliziert geklappt. Das Haus ist super und alles top in Schuss. Die Umgebung ist zum wandern natürlich herrlich. Aber auch das baden im Stausee kam nicht zu kurz.
