ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT:
Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock called August. In order for you to be able to enter the apartment, we will send you an invitation to the phone number provided in your reservation to download the August app. After you download the app, you will need to create an account there. Once you're logged into the app, you'll see your apartment number. With the app, you will be able to unlock and lock your door.

• Important: Please be inform that one of the two pools in the building is under construction at the moment, but still has a large and beautiful pool and jacuzzi available for use during your stay. There may be noise from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

• Gym; (Please be aware that the gym will be closed for a week due to maintenance, starting on November 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding).

Please remember you are staying in a home, not in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7
We do not provide washcloths

Please note that parking will only fit regular size vehicles, oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is very big, please contact us before making the reservation.
After a month of your stay you would need to start paying the electricity bill, which is , depending on your consumption.
Please note lobby and hallways are being remodeled, you can see some construction in this areas .

Also we would like to let you know we dont provide you wash clothes.

If you would like to check out late, you must request it before 8:00 am on the same day, and it is only allowed until 12:00 pm.
