Small cozy apartment with a view of the countryside, with a kitchenette and shower room, located in a quiet 3 family house on the edge of a nature reserve. Far-reaching walking u. Hiking trails directly from the front door.
Good transport links, bus stop right outside the front door, highways towards Düsseldorf, Venlo and Koblenz in the immediate vicinity. By car 20 minutes to the Dutch border, 5 minutes to the Borussia Stadium, 10 minutes to the center of Mönchengladbach with plenty of shopping opportunities.
Bed linen and porcelain / cookware are also available.
On request, a cleaning service can be offered for a separate payment.
The price of € 43.00 is per night, negotiable for bookings longer than 1 week.
There is no interest in unlimited long-term rentals.
