Family apartment in the quiet rear building near the Red Bull Arena

The Hinterhaus Apartments bring tranquility to your trip to Leipzig. In a side street of the Karl Heine Kiez you are very close to the pulse of our city and still find the peace that is good in the big city.
I have set up the apartment so that I feel comfortable and secure. In the large living / sleeping / dining area you will find cozy niches for cooking, eating and digestive sleep, without it being tight.
There is an extra bedroom for 2 additional guests. This room is ideal if you want the kids to take a nap or if you are looking for a retreat.

Alles spitze :-)
Check-In und -out unkompliziert; schnelle, nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin; Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern; gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht. Auch mit Kleinkind wunderbar! Wir durften sogar etwas länger in der Wohnung bleiben, was unserem Sohn am Abreisetag den Mittagsschlaf gerettet hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Auszeit in Leipzig
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön im Stadtteil Plagwitz. Fußläufig ist alles (Cafe, Kneipe, Supermarkt) gut zu erreichen. Kleine alternative Läden sind mit Kunsthandwerk vertreten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man flott in der Südvorstadt oder im Zentrum (20-30 Minuten). Das Appartement liegt im Innenhof und ist somit ruhig. Wir waren zu zweit...mit 5 Personen wäre es m.E. zu eng. So war es wirklich ok...(Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein.)

Unkompliziert und sehr nette Gegend
Zwei Zimmer, Flur und Bad, alles in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Herd und netterweise Kaffee, den man sich morgens selbst machen kann. Die Gegend ist super.

Für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt, für dieses aufstrebende Wohnviertel, relativ, ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhofgebäude. Die Wohnung ist, von der Größe her, für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Ein Besen wäre nicht schlecht, für die Krümel unterm Tisch, die anfallen wenn man mit Kindern dort wohnt. Ein paar Teelöffel können mal wieder in die Küche einziehen. Wir haben den einzigen Löffel als Gemeinschaftslöffel benutzt :-D. Außerdem würde ich mir wünschen, dass es im Bad ein, zwei Haken gibt für die Handtücher und für den Anreisetag eine Rolle Toilettenpapier wäre auch nicht schlecht (das fehlte leider). Wie gesagt, für einen Kurzurlaub ist diese Ferienwohnung auch vom Preis her, völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier Gast sein durften.

Ruhige Unterkunft im lebendigen Leipziger Westen
Tolle Lage, Karl-Heine Straße und Nebenstraßen haben viel zu bieten. Die Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung ins Zentrum und in die Südstadt mit Karl-Liebknecht-Straße sind top. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Leipziger City
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 2 Nächte aufgrund einer Hochzeot von Greunden in Leipzig gebucht. Alles lief total reibungslos ab, die Zimmerschlüssel konnten trotz nächtlicher Anreise in einem Schließfach abgeholt werden. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Optimale Lage ganz zentrumsnah. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, schönes Apartement
Das Apartement ist schön und wohnlich. Die Lage ist super, da man schnell zu einer Tram-Station kommt und direkt neben einer vielbesuchten ,,Boulevardstraße" wohnt, auf der man abends schöne Restaurants und Bars findet. Dennoch ist es in der Gegend des Apartements ruhig.

Ein niedliches kleines Appartment im Hinterhof. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte gut schlafen, da das Bett bequem und die Gegend und Wohnhaus ruhig waren.

Great apartment in a great location
Great apartment, even with 38 degrees outside it was doable inside! Well equiped kitchen, comfortable bathroom and more than enough space for 2. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighbourhood; lost of diners and restaurants. Also: free parking in front of the building, and easy acces to ‘nextbike’ to get to the city-center.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war für unsere Zwecke (5 Tage in und um Leipzig) super geeignet. Die Lage ist top und auch die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt, was uns etwas verwundert hatte. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin, wurde dies aber zeitnahe nachgeholt.
