Schöne Unterkunft

Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft in schöner Lage. Für sechs Personen wären etwas mehr Sitzplätze im Sofabereich schön. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig zwischen der unteren und oberen Etage.

Zingst vom 04.08-14.08.2023

Als wir am Haus ankamen, fanden wir es für uns vier erwachsen recht großzügig. Leider fehlte es an Sauberkeit, unserer Seite her. Aber wir denken das ist der Hauptsaison geschuldet. Halt sehr Runde Ecken...grins. Das Mobiliar könnte besser sein. Ein Stuhl oder eine Ablage in den Schlafzimmern wäre schön. Auch mal ein Austausch der Kissen und Bettbezüge wäre nicht schlecht, da man von den Vorgängern den Schweiss in den Kissen sieht, das ist nicht so schön. In dem oberen Badezimmer funktionierte der Abfluss vom Waschbecken sehr, sehr schlecht. Küche war gut ausgestattet war alles da. Lage des Hauses ist ok alles zu fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar sehr ruhige Lage. Fazit des ganzen ist, das wir Zingst immer wieder gerern machen werden aber uns eventuell auch mal nach anderen Unterkünften umschauen werden und ca 2.500 Euro für10 Tage ist ja auch kein Pappenstiel

Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit „kleinen“ Fehlern. Wir sind zu sechst angereist und hätten gerne mehr Kaffeetassen bzw. Becher im Schrank gehabt. Die Innenausstattung war sehr schön aus hellem Holz, jedoch würde der Unterkunft ein neues Sofa gut tun. Im unteren Bad war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch, und die niedrigen Temperaturen erlaubten nicht immer das Fenster auf Kipp zu lassen.

3-Generationen-Urlaub

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, sodass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist (Edeka, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bodden, Strand) und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße. Es bietet genug Platz und Bäder für einen 3-Generationen-Urlaub und ist super ausgestattet. Alles wirkt neu und gut gepflegt. Wir haben sogar unverhofft ein Treppengitter vorgefunden. Babybett und 2 Hochstühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Teller und Schälchen sind für 6 Personen etwas knapp bemessen, aber diese Information gibt die Agentur bereits an den Eigentümer/Vermieter weiter. Wir hatten eine schöne entspannte Woche. Vielen Dank!

Schönes ruhiges Haus mit Terrasse

Wir haben uns gut erholt in dem großen, sauberen Haus mit 2 Bädern, schöner Terrasse und Garten. Die Stadt bzw der Strand war gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
