Large detached holiday home overlooking Lake Garda
The house "Villa Rosella", detached and very quiet, is nestled in an olive grove on an approximately 3000 square meters, terraced, not fenced plot, with a fantastic view over Riva del Garda and the lake.
Access is via a private road and for vehicles is a double garage and another 2 parking spaces available.
The unheated pool is about 5 x 10m in size and offers cool fun and variety from May.
The holiday home offers a large, open living-dining area with open fireplace and dining table for up to 14 people.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove with 5 burners, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators and coffee maker.
In Varone (about 400 meters) there is a small supermarket, post office, bank, bar and church. Two restaurants with pizzeria can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
You will find designated hiking and mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity
