The idyllic old building apartment is simple but functional and forms a self-contained unit. Anyone expecting luxury accommodation is wrong here.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom (approx. 14.4 sqm with double bed, connecting room to the small bedroom and the second toilet), small bedroom (approx. 12 sqm with 2 single beds), living room (approx. 16.4 sqm), office (approx .12 sqm with 2 single beds), kitchen (approx. 16.3 sqm), bathroom, hall, storage room and 2. WC as well as an approx. 10 qm terrace and a covered loggia (approx. 5 qm). There is an overnight stay for 6 people.
Enjoy the quiet garden location on the terrace and experience convivial hours with spicy food from your own barbecue!
A parking space in front of the garage is included in the price.

If I cannot be present for check-in: There is a key safe near the front door, which can be opened using a number combination and from which you can remove the stored key.
I live about 10 km away and unfortunately cannot personally greet every guest, but I can always be reached by phone.
Transport connections:
Due to the good transport connections (bus / train / Autobahn A 59 and A 46), the apartment is ideal for all kinds of activities. You can reach the main train station by S-Bahn (Reisholz station) and then take the U 78 or U 79 (to Messe Ost or Esprit Arena / Messe Nord) the Düsseldorf fair.
The 785 bus also runs from the Hassels Kirche stop to the city center:
In the rush hour it is recommended to change to the S-Bahn S6 in Düsseldorf Reisholz to Düsseldorf Hbf.
The total travel time by public transport to the city center is approx. 20-25 minutes and to the trade fair approx. 50-55 minutes. The Cologne exhibition center can also be reached in 50-55 minutes by bus and the Regional Express (from Düsseldorf Benrath train station).
Others:
One set of towels and bedding is provided per person. If the apartment is used by less than 3 people, one bedroom will be closed.
It is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden. At the end of the rental, the apartment must be handed over “swept clean”.
