We welcome you and your family to have fun in our brand new spacious and stylish 3 bd, 2 1/2 bath home. It’s centrally located about 50 minutes to the famous Clearwater or St. Pete Beaches, about an hour to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks. Conveniently located close to the night life entertainment in Ybor City, South Tampa and Channel side. Close to the Brandon Mall, and 20 minutes to Apollo Beach and Marina area where there are wide variety of excellent restaurants and shopping.
