About this property

🐶 NEWLY renovated holiday home by the sea dogs welcome, sauna, fireplace

You live in a bungalow on about 80 square meters. Here you can find space for up to 6 people. The house is non-smoking. Three separate bedrooms make your vacation with friends or family a pleasant one.

The bathroom is bright and friendly (1 window) with a shower, a sink with a base cabinet and a mirror cabinet.
Our highlight is the new sauna for up to 4 people, direct access through the bathroom.

A separate toilet with wash basin is right next to the bathroom.

The open kitchen-living room also offers the ambitious hobby cook enough options not to have to do without culinary delights even on vacation. Here you will find everything your heart desires. A dishwasher and a Senseo coffee machine, as well as a kettle, toaster, dishes etc.

The heart of our cozy holiday home is the combined spacious living and Dining area with access to the outside terrace and the light-flooded and very tastefully furnished living room with its high ceilings, in the center of which a glass dome illuminates the entire living room.

The overall picture of our house is characterized by warm, fresh colors, beautiful furniture, selected home accessories and tiled floors. You can expect a very harmonious living ambience. Feel at home, just let the hectic of the past few weeks subside, we would like to support you and have a few other small amenities ready for you that may make your vacation a little more relaxed.
So you are u. a. a washer dryer, internet connection (W-LAN), flat screen TV, Playstation 4, garden chairs, parasol, a barbecue, handcart and 1 parking space.
A garden house is also available to us.

Extensive barbecue evenings on the terrace of the property, which is quietly situated on the edge of the park, are sure to end the sunny day on the beach in a completely relaxed manner or enjoy relaxing hours with a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace or relax in our sauna.

Leider kein gutes Erlebnis mit den Vermietern.
Nach der Buchung, kamen 7 Seiten, was wir alles beachten, und woran wir uns halten müssen. Zusätzlich die hohe Kaution, Schäden sofort melden und ersetzen, leider war bei unserer Ankunft schon einiges kaputt.

Prachtig weekend Julianadorp
Nette en gezellige vakantiewoning ,heerlijke sauna en een fijne badkamer . Een paar minpuntjes zijn de verlichting in de keuken en het 2 persoons bedmatras wat aan de zachte kant en zakt door. Desondanks een geweldig weekend gehad en voor herhaling vatbaar. en Doris bedankt!

Großartig, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Nicht sehr groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Sauna und Kamin verwandeln jeden Urlaub in eine Wellnessoase. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. 👍🏻 Frau Biermann hat auf jede Email super schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 1 Café direkt am Strandaufgang. Weitere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter, aber mit dem Fahrrad oder bei einer kleinen Wanderung, auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen . Wir sind mit dem Zug gereist. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, vielleicht eher mit dem Auto. Es war ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sehr sehr schön. Gerne wieder.
Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund für drei Nächte in dem wunderschönen Haus in Julianadorp. Der Ferienpark ist sehr schön angelegt und sauber. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Kamin und die Sauna versüßt einem den Aufenthalt gerade dann, wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Ansonsten ist man sehr schnell am Strand und kann Wind und Wellen genießen. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette und professionelle Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Ich kann dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder.

Silvesterurlaub mit Hund
In dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus haben wir, 2 Erwachsene und Hund uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, konnte unser Hund wie gewohnt draußen auf der Terrasse liegen und die Nachbarn beobachten. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden, wlan funktionierte einwandfrei und die Sauna ist top.

Schön gestaltete FEWO in ruhiger Lage.
Wir konnten einen äußerst entspannten Kurzurlaub genießen; in einem gepflegten und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus mit Sauna! Innerhalb von einigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand und das Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit den Hausbesitzern war gut und es gab keinerlei Probleme.
