Ole Oasis - Resort living at it's finest!
Enjoy the sunshine of Lely Resort in this well appointed 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom Ole townhome. This home offers resort living at it's finest. You'll have access to a semi-private quad pool and also be located just two short blocks from the main resort pool and amenities which include a movie theater, gym, pub and bistro. Looking to say active? You will have no problem here since you can take advantage of many onsite facilities including tennis, pickleball and volleyball. This community is also surrounded by beautiful golf courses and is just a short drive to Naples and Marco Island beaches. Come stay with us and enjoy all that South West Florida has to offer!
If you are interested in a longer stay, please feel free to reach out as additional discounts may be available. For the January - March timeframe multiple month rentals are preferred.
The HOA requires each tenant to complete a tenant evaluation 2 weeks prior to check in (sometimes this can be expedited, but a faster turn around can't be guaranteed). The fee is $150 and is paid by the tenant via an online portal.
