Spacious and lovingly furnished villa (200 m2) with 2 floors plus roof terraces on a large plot (1000 sqm) in an exclusive residential area Roche, directly on the sea (8 minutes on foot) for max. 14 persons + 2 infants / babies:
6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms + guest toilet, 3 garden terraces, 2 roof terraces 25 and 15 sqm, large fresh water pool 4 x 8 meters (up to 1.4 meters deep), barbecue / underfloor heating, fireplace, AC in all bedrooms. Pure Non smoking home. Minimum age of responsible tenants 30 years or older (no party goups, teens or twens).

Fabulous house
We spent a marvellous week with three families in Villa Australia. The house is very well designed and beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It has an excellent kitchen and large outdoor dining area. We also loved the pool and garden. The Roche development has everything we needed (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurants, pizzeria and stunning beach) - all on our doorstep. The host Matthias was super helpful with recommendations. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Una villa de ensueño en un lugar ideal.
La Villa es incluso mejor que en las fotos, la ubicación es magnífica, muy cerca de la playa (para ir andando), y con todas las comodidades, ya que está muy bien equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar. En la zona hay buenos restaurantes, pero hay que coger coche, ya que la urbanización es residencial y está alejada de las zonas comerciales. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con las niñas que se quedaron encerradas en un baño, pero rápidamente Isabel se personó en la casa y lo solucionamos, por lo que la atención fue muy buena. Gracias.

Todo perfecto. Tal y como aparece en el anuncio. La casa perfecta y completamente equipada. Estuvimos muy agusto. La playa muy cerca para ir andando. Para comprar provisiones hay que ir en coche. Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias por el buen trato tanto del propietario como del personal de la inmobiliaria.

Que bien hemos estado! La casa es el complemento perfecto para unas vacaciones perfectas. Las fotos reflejan fielmente cómo es. No falta detalle, todo muy nuevo, decorado con buen gusto y acogedora.. la piscina es estupenda. El rincón de la barbacoa es perfecto,. También se pueden hacer paellas. Muy cerquita de la playa y un entorno maravilloso.. El trato tanto con la persona de contacto y el anfitrión muy bueno y cercano. Muy recomendable

Traumhaus
Die Villa ist ein Traum. Alles sehr luxuriös und mit einer Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtetes Haus. Alle Räume Klimatisiert Mückenschutz an Fenstern und an Terassentür. Tolle Dachterasse um den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben. Der Pool ist einmalig angelegt, mit Aussendusche. Es gibt einen großen Aussengrillbereich. Die Villa ist mit allem eingerichtet was man sich, für einen Traumhaften Urlaub nur vorstellen kann. Zum Strand ist es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang. Wir werden auf jedenfall Wiederkommen.

Excellent villa for 3 families
Excellent property, renovated, well decorated with a very nice pool. Almost all rooms have their own spacious bathroom attached which makes it perfect to share for more than one family. BBQ pit and porch are nicely protected so nice for any time of the day. Little to add for a great stay!
