We love to travel, spend time at the lake and love our Summerlin home.
Why they chose this property
We thought of many areas to buy our second home. We thought...why not Vegas! there is so much to do and we love it! From Hiking and mountain biking, to restaurants and shopping and AAA baseball in Summerlin to heading to the Strip (18 min away). So many shows! Short day trips everywhere! Red Rocks, Zion, Valley of Fire, Ghost towns etc! We only rent our favorite place out when we are doing extended traveling.
What makes this property unique
The gated entry is great. We love the Fantastic Resort style community, Strip views while we drink our coffee on the deck. We can literally walk from our front door up into redrock hiking...the views from up there are amazing! We live in a pocket surrounded by homes owned by people like The Raiders owner, The Golden Knights owner and Celine Dion's new home. Many of the Golden Knights players live right by us. Summerlin is just so nice, open and clean.
