Hello, I am Ben Steinkamp (Firefighter) and wife Ashley (Medical Professional) and we are from Hillsboro, MO. Five years ago we went on a fishing vacation in Cotter, AR and returned many times after. This has been a dream of ours for many years, and this is our first vacation rental here in the Arkansas Ozarks. We have 4 children and two dogs that keep us busy. Fly fishing is a passion of ours, and that is what led us to Flippin, Arkansas to give our guests a clean and inviting place to stay while either chasing their next big one or to just get away and relax. We welcome you!
Why they chose this property
We chose Flippin for the the small town feel and city of Mountain Home close by. We hope to eventually move to the area and retire. The area is relaxing and that is what made us choose Flippin for our first rental property.
What makes this property unique
Minutes from Cotter (Trout Capital) and the beautiful White River/Norfork River with an abundance of Rainbow, Brown, Cutthroat, and Brook Trout. If trout are not your thing Bull Shoals Lake is just 9 miles from property. The city of Mountain home offers shopping, Rapps Barren brewing company, Fish hatcheries, Caverns, and many other choices.
