Enjoy a great vacation to the mountains with the whole family! Located at one of Granby's favorite spots, The Inn at Silver Creek. This wonderful 2-story condo is anything but average. It has a private and connected additional studio room with kitchenette and the entire unit allows plenty of space for your next friends or family getaway. Upon ground level entry, the bottom floor hosts a fully stocked and completely remodeled kitchen with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. The spacious family room offers a wood burning fireplace, and large flat screen TV and a dining room table. This home has two large, interconnected balconies for everyone to enjoy outdoor seating and soak up some mountain air and take in the views. Up the staircase is a loft with two queen beds and comfy bedding. The 2nd private bedroom located next to this unit connected with a joining door, has a king-sized bed, kitchenette and full bathroom. Enjoy the electric wall fireplace for calming ambiance and flat screen TV, as well as an attached balcony.

As a guest you are able to utilize outdoor/indoor heated pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, exercise room, Raquetball court, tennis court, putting green and onsite arcade! Raquet's may be borrowed from the desk with a valid drivers license.

- 4WD / AWD, Snow Tires or Chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
