Great location

The property is conveniently located and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will hook again if we head back to Miami.

The property is very conveniently located and the building/amenities were great. My nephew had a great time in the pool. There were a few snags along the way however Keisha was extremely responsive and all issues were taken care of immediately,

Great Location

The accommodation looks like the picture. Very clean. The location is great, it is very central. the environment is safe. Kiesha has always responded to questions very quickly. Check-in was a bit complicated but ok. We would have liked to have had the information a little earlier as we didn't have a telephone network yet as we came from Europe. we would come again. Thanks

Great Location

The property location was perfect for the events we attended. The beds were comfortable. The pools are beautiful. Great outdoor space which is right outside this Unit. Some things that would make the stay more comfortable: Check in was confusing. We weren’t sure where to park to get the key, even with the directions provided. One set of keys was very inconvenient. We wanted to go our separate ways several times and this was not possible. There is no place to put your clothes and no luggage rack so we had to leave suitcase in the floor to get to our clothing. This obstructed the floor space on the downstairs bedroom. There isn’t enough living room furniture and the “couch” is incredibly uncomfortable. I had to lay on the bed to read because of this. The lighting downstairs is poor. There’s a bare lightbulb in the bedroom. The dryer was full of we towels and linens when we arrived which was strange. The filter full of lint. The dryer works and is convenient but it has to be run a couple times. There were folks at the pool who kept interrupting us as we sat on the patio, asking for things. They were loud and obnoxious. This was just our last night there. All in all, we wanted to be next to the Metromover and because of that, this location is perfect. It’s a quick walk to beautiful Brickell Center. Security is excellent. The lobby is gorgeous.
