Spacious and Affordable but some issues

The house was clean with everything we needed. Nice space for our 4 person family. However there was a mildew smell that never went away (don’t know the cause), and occasionally loud neighbors.

Everything I needed

Property was clean and accommodating, Big bottles of shampoo and conditioner, loved that. All the essentials for laundry and very clean home. My partner and son lived in the hot tub, it is what sold us on the house! Would recommend for a nice little getaway!! David was easy to talk to and got back to me in a timely matter.

Overall house was fine for what we needed. Could have been cleaned just a little more. Food under the couch cushion and maybe a few more kitchen items. No cork screw.

Florida 2023

This property was very adequate for our stay. It was super clean inside. The kitchen could use a few more things like a toaster, coffee mugs (there were 3 styrofoam cups), wine opener, but otherwise everything was clean and worked! The owner was very responsive to questions. I would have loved a guest mode on the ROKU but we could sign into our Prime account so that worked. It was too hot to use the hot tub, but it looked really nice! I did not like the 4:30 am wake up from the neighborhood rooster however which is why I gave a 3. I know it is not the owners fault, but it was there sadly.

Location, Location, Location

The actual physical location of the house is nice, as it's a 1.5 miles from Atlantic Ave & the beach. BUT, don't think you're going to walk there. The neighborhood in which the house is located is sketchy, at best (roosters in the street, bars on windows, people walking around at all times of the day/night, etc.). That said, the house itself is pretty sweet! You can tell a lot of effort went into making it a nice place. Great beds (memory foam mattresses), comfy couch, a fun wall for pictures ("It Was All A Dream!"), and the gazebo hot tub in the backyard is legit. The full washer/dryer in the kitchen made the place smell kinda bad tho. And the 1 bathroom tub drain could definitely use some Drano. Overall, it was fun, but a one-and-done, for sure.
