This home has two living areas, a big kitchen fully stocked, two restrooms with bathtubs, and four big bedrooms for a total of up to 10 guests!
The property is very private with a thick tree line surrounding. There are near by trails to hike with gorgeous views of the Mat-Su Valley!
One of the really unique things about this property is how close it is to awesome attractions like the Sunderland Ranch and Alaska Zip-line Adventure Park! This offers quick and easy access to really beautiful and exiting experiences in the mountains of Alaska. The Sunderland ranch offers horse back tours, while AZAP takes you on a Zip Line tour!

It’s pretty hard to find a home in this area with this much space and queen beds or bigger for a affordable price. We pride ourselves in offering a home with high quality service! One of the cool butch things about this are is it is located less than a mile from a big famous Zipline tour company that also offers an amazing experience!
