Walk up to your Piñon Hollow and enjoy a large covered porch followed by an open entry adorned with large windows to showcase the beautiful mountain view. Your dining table sits next to the large windows for you to soak up the view while you dine. The kitchen offers ample room to spread out and cook your fare with new appliances and plenty of storage. On the opposite side of the kitchen, sink into your large couch and accent chairs as you watch a movie or play one of many games provided. The home also offers a lovely uncovered porch on the side of the home where you can bask in the mountain sunshine or hop into the hot tub and watch the wildlife in the pasture while taking in views of Capitol Peak, Mount Sopris, and Snowmass.

Walk towards the back of the home and you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds, plush linens, and plenty of clothing storage share a bathroom with tub and shower combination. Each room has been outfitted for maximum comfort for an adult or child and we offer a pack 'n play if you are traveling with a babe under 2. At the end of the hallway enter into your large master bedroom with king-sized bed, sliding glass door to the back deck for quick access to the hot tub, and ensuite master bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower. The perfect size for 6, you'll find comfort inside our professionally-decorated, private retreat and see the attention to detail and the love in even the smallest amenities offered.

PLEASE NOTE:

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- You must have a 4WD/AWD vehicle to access this property in winter and times of snow.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
