The condo has two flat panel televisions for ultimate entertainment enjoyment (DIRECTV) and a DVD in the living room. The condo has an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Complimentary linens, towels and departure housekeeping service included with every rental.

The property was excellent, well maintained,and excellent sunsets. Few very minor problems…there were no dishrags or dish towels in the kitchen, the hair dryer didn’t work, the lightbulb in the bedroom isn’t functioning, the ice cube trays are too miniscule,and finally, replace the cheap useless toilet paper. These are very minor problems though. Overall, a lovely place and will come again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Condo is very convenient, to a great golf community. The only negative I find is the bed feels like a little inexpensive child bed. Overall it’s a great place.

Perfect get away!

Loved this place! It’s on second floor but not a bad climb. Only thing was the bathroom was not completely clean, floor had hair, shower liner needed to be replaced and would have like to have disposable sponges and dish soap in the kitchen. Other than that, we were very happy, would definitely stay again.

Husband’s 41st Birthday Trip

The property was great however we were unable to get in touch with the realty company so we drove to their office to confirm what amenities if any we had access to. We were confused by all of the pictures on the listing of the different pools on site and the comment about one of the village centers being under construction. It was a bit misleading as we were told we had no access to any pools in the resort. We asked about paying a fee for the pool and that was not an option either however that is what the listing states. We would recommend removing the option for pools especially since the resort doesn’t even know if the renovations will allow this property access in the future to those amenities per the convention center receptionists. We would also recommend providing a small Dawn or sponge for the kitchen sink. There were a lot of dishes we had to rewash because of stuck on dried food. The coffee pot was disgusting and doesn’t look like it was cleaned after the last use and the Keurig needs descaling and didn’t run water through very well. We ended up purchasing premade coffee for our stay.

We truly enjoyed the peacefulness and the setting of this lovely condo. The keurig coffee maker should be replaced, doesn’t work well and the wifei did not work even after the management company addressed it. It was all duable since we only stayed two days.

We Had a nice short stay. This place fit our needs for 2 nights. My husband, small dog and I fit well. The only advice I have would be: there should be dish soap available. The couch needs to be replaced / updated but comfortable.

Only issue was that I couldn’t use the small deck area- lots of wasps and wasp nests on the deck made it unusable. No outdoor space. It needs to be screened in to avoid the wasp issue.

Long Weekend Getaway

The property was clean, quiet, & homey. Simple & quick online booking with easy keyless entry for check-in & check-out. Just minutes from the clean & quiet Sunset Beach & pier, grocery store, gas, restaurants, & shopping. Sarah’s Kitchen is a great spot for breakfast outside on the patio. Friendly locals all over the area! Just a short drive to Calabash, Ocean Isle Beach, Wilmington, NC or Myrtle Beach, SC areas of you want more to do.
