Quick Trip

Great communication from host. Easy to get into to place and it was clean. It was a quick trip for us and not much time spent in the place, but served its purpose well.

Great spring getaway

We enjoyed our stay at El Descanso. The booking process was cumbersome but everything else was seamless. Vince was great at communicating details and answering questions. He provided a digital guestbook with information about the home and area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. I suggest adding small dressers or additional shelves in the closets for easier unpacking. The bathrooms were well stocked with shower products, nice bath towels and ample pool towels.The main living area and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had ample silverware and glassware. Adding plastic drinkware for use around the pool would be a nice touch.The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with quick access to main streets and interstates. It is a short drive to the grocery store, Rx, coffee shop or gas station.I gave the listing accuracy 4 stars for a few reasons, none of which affected our stay, but deserve explaining.The staged pictures show lush potted plants, but they were all dead and should be removed. The backyard was a nice, quiet oasis and the heated pool was wonderful, however, the patio furniture was in disarray when we arrived. It was comfortable, but worn and could use a little TLC. The firepit table is not as nice as the one pictured. Again, none of this affected our stay, but are small details that could be addressed.We would recommend this home and owner and would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you, Vince!!

Great outdoor area!

The house was very clean. Best part was the backyard with awesome heated pool! The owner was super friendly and quick to respond. Overall- it’s a great place to stay!

Fun, super clean, perfectly located home.

My son and I really enjoyed the home. The pool was clean and kept at an ideal temperature at all hours. The outdoor tv and lounge set up was perfect for watching the games outside.The ac works perfectly. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. We felt very safe walking through the neighborhood. Anything and everything you need is within a couple miles. The host was one of the most prompt and responsive hosts I’ve had in all my years of vrbo’ing! Thank you Vince for being so helpful and accommodating.

Comfortable home close to ASU

Stayed at this home with our extended family during ASU December graduation week. Vince was a good host and was on top of ensuring or stay went well. Would stay again.
