Welcome to Deers Eye View! Beautiful remodeled 1622 sq ft home. We are located 8 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We're located near the center of Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake & within walking distance of the town center where the only fully stocked market is located, along with couple places to eat, a pharmacy, post office & 2 banks. Otherwise, a 2-minute drive. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park. Our home is 1622sq ft.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to make eggs to mashed potatoes.
The master bedroom has 1 CA King Bed with a full bathroom & jacuzzi bathtub & 1 Queen Bed in the other bedroom.
We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022.
Enjoy a nice evening on the front patio enjoying nature.
A propane barbeque is located on the front patio.
AC & Heating by mini split units that are all BRAND NEW & purchased & installed in June 2022.
You also have full access to the laundry room.

You have access to the entire home.
There is carport located on the property directly as you drive down the driveway you can't miss it!
Also, the back porch does have a ramp for entry on one side & steps on the other. The front porch has steps only for entry.

No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed.
You may occasionally see a wild turkey, or deer & we have 0 tolerance for HUNTING. Absolutely no hunting is allowed.
A $1,000 fee will be charged if these rules are broken.

Great place to stay for Sequoia and King’s Canyon. It’s clean, roomy, and close to parks. Enjoyed our stay. Washer and dryer were a plus. Would recommend to friends and family.

Your facility had good size spaces for two couples. Having 2 bathrooms was a great convience. Location was great with mountains in the background and horse pastures with mares and colts. Adding exhaust fans in both bathrooms would be a big improvement. Towels left all night would not be dry in the morning!

Delightful farmhouse stay

Our family loved this spacious, beautiful farmhouse! The property is surrounded by gorgeous hills and small horse farms. The inside was bright, spacious and clean. The host had thought of every small thing - we had everything we could possibly need, and everything was labeled and easy to access. This was, without a doubt, one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Our 3yo son now wants a farmhouse of his own! Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable resting place

This property was perfect for our family adventure at Sequoia National Park. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our planned meals, and the climate controls worked fabulously! The beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation home

We enjoyed the easy access to Sequoia NP and Lake Kaweah. The views of the mountains and grazing horses from the front porch in the morning were stunning. The house was stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, including coffee bar, snack basket, all needed kitchen items, and a nice water cooler. The car port was so nice to shade car and house from the hot sun, and the A/C inside was a huge plus. We had no complaints and the host was great to work with. Will stay here again next time we head this way!

Great place

We loved this place! Very nice and comfortable home with an awesome porch to hang out on. Very close to the Sequoia National Park. The host had a few extras that some Vrbo,s don’t supply and were very appreciated ( bath salts, air freshener, water dispenser, Kleenex, etc)

Perfect house in Three Rivers

This house was perfect for our stay in Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park. It was close to the restaurants and market in Three Rivers and only a few minutes to the entrance of the national park. The house is very comfortable with everything necessary for your stay.

We were very happy with our stay here, only sad that we couldn't stay longer! Extremely clean home, very spacious, and everything we could possibly need was available to us. Would definitely stay here again if in the area, and definitely recommend!

Best rental experience ever!!!

I have traveled all over the country and world, many times and my experience at this property and with this property manager has been the best ever. Why??? The listing looked exactly like the photos. It was extremely clean, well supplied, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and couch were great. Loved the bbq and outside fire pit, stocked with gas and wood. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cooking condiments and seasoning. The ac/temperature control was fabulous. Location was close to everything you need in three rivers and very convenient to freeway, the lake, river, and most of all Sequoia entrance. I definitely used the soaking tub to relax in a nice salt bath. I brought my own salts but yup, this place even had a variety of wonderful salts for you to use. Aside from all the the price point was amazing to top it all off. Don’t hesitate, just book it. You will love it!

Lovely idyllic setting

The house was very spacious and clean. Nicely appointed and just a few miles from the Sequoias. The best part was sitting on the porch and taking in the magnificent view. There were horses on the property next door which was a hit with the grandson. Would definitely rent again!!

A magical stay for us and the kids!

The kids loved staying at this location! They were delighted by the horses and turkeys running around next door and loved the rental itself. It was clean and easy to enjoy. Very convenient location for our time spent in Sequoia National Park. Thank you for an overall great experience!
