Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home in Penticton! Our home is located in a quiet downtown neighborhood located within walking distance to Okanagan Lake beach, Naramata bench wineries and right in the heart of brewery district, the famous Penticton Farmer's Market, and all the Okanagan Valley has to offer! You are literally a 5 minute drive or a short walk from everything the Penticton region has to offer! An absolutely fantastic location.

Perfect location

A ten minute walk to the beach and to restaurants downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Why they chose this property

Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, furnished with king beds in two of the rooms and a double bed in the other room. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the living room utilizing the sofa bed. Additionally, our home features a large open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, kitchen island sit-up bar, couch and entertainment system, and 1.5 bathrooms. The unit is equipped with Wi-fi, cable, and all essential amenities including in-suite laundry. Our home also has central air conditioning and a patio set including a fire table and a Weber BBQ as seen in the photos.

What makes this property unique

This is a City of Penticton approved Vacation Rental property, where you will find many in Penticton that are not. You may be at risk of loosing your reservation if booking a non-registered vacation property, so please beware!

Additionally, we own all 4 units at this location. If you are interested in a bigger party, one, two, three, or all four units can be rented together to accommodate up to 32 people. The back yards have a gate system allowing for the backyards to open up together, creating a great space for the guests when booking more than one unit. Please contact us if you are interested in this.

Lastly, these units all have a lockable storage unit which is great for storing bikes, strollers, etc

Our home is in the heart of brewery district, a 3 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute drive away to the Naramata Bench Wineries. Simply put, you cannot ask for a better location in downtown Penticton
