Absolutely adorable cottage. A lot of thought was put into the design and decor. The old stove, the bathroom. It was all perfect. The square is close and it’s in the Historical district. Lots of awesome homes to see.
I would highly recommend for couples visiting from out of town. Close proximity to the square, and the local trolley stops directly in front of the cottage.

We always stay here when visiting Granbury. It is such a fun little cottage. A little ways from the square, but serviced by the trolley line, so it's a bit quieter of an area. Will continue to stay here whenever we visit.
We enjoyed a quick overnight visit to Granbury and a family party. Our stay at the cottage was very comfortable. The antiques in the cottage were neat and it was very clean. The location is convenient to the historic square. We drove, but it can be walked if there is a big event downtown and parking is a challenge.
We had a wonderful1-night stay at the Victorian Cottage with my mother-in-law and tween daughter. We stayed overnight to see a musical and enjoy the town square. We appreciate the brief walk or drive to the square(.7miles) and the cottage is the perfect stay for a couple or a few ladies on a girls trip. The owners have gone above expectations to make the cottage cozy, Victorian style and welcoming. Precious!
I highly recommend.
The property was easy to find. The check in instructions slightly vague which confused me. Check out instructions didn't exist so I messaged with questions.
The old stove top was hot to touch which was kind of scary after I removed items from it.
The full size bed just wasn't quite big enough and the living room had too much furniture inside it which made doing simple tasks like opening the fridge difficult.
There was a pack of simple amenities which would've been helpful like a dish brush and extra toilet paper. The host promptly brought more toilet paper, just wish I hadn't had to have asked for it.
The distance from various areas wasn't as close as we'd thought. It said 2 min drive to beach, it was 4. Not earth shattering just inaccurate.
The butterflies in the backyard were amazing. No real back door lock which is scary when you don't know the area.
Weekend stay in Grandbury to attend a funeral. The cottage was perfect. Easy access, centrally located, quiet neighborhood, and a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. Perfect for a couple or two friends. Highly recommend instead of booking at one of the chain hotels in town.
This mini girls trip was very enjoyable mostly because of the accommodations. Cabin is very very clean, linens are top quality including the mattress, as my friend states along with the sofa bed. I’ve never slept better. There is complimentary shuttle to/from the square. We opted to drive ourselves the very short distance as we needed place to put our shopping bags. Thank you so much for accommodating us, we hope to see you again very soon!
Best friend and I had a quick stay. Perfect for the time we spent there very cute and accurate description of the place.
We walked to the square took about 10-15 min.
A perfect place to stay while enjoying an event in Downtown Grandbury. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We are looking forward to our next stay there.
The cottage was exactly like it was described but somehow better than the pictures! It was very clean and the owners thought of everything you would need. I loved the beautiful antique bed which was also very comfortable. The vintage stove was a delight and worked great heating up the tea kettle. I appreciated all of the vintage touches, and the stained glass windows. It was cozy and super comfortable. The neighborhood was charming and quiet. We walked to the town square and also walked on the bike path nearby. We would definitely book this cottage again and again.
