Beds for 6 .This single-family 1 floor with minimal steps, cozy home by the sea is 2 blocks from the beach , just a 5 min walk, 12 houses in from the beach 1.5 blocks (cart included!). Brand new cedar impressions siding and organic wood deck that is large enough for a yoga namaste moment or a book read.
Not a shared unit in or split unit rental home, rent the WHOLE single level , extended room house. 3 bedrooms, plus Den, Living room couches.
Fenced in front and back yard, propane grill! Enjoy the white sand on the spacious island beaches of Brigantine. Guaranteed parking for 3 plus indoor storage for you valuable bikes in a lockable shed you access! The extras go on and on. Bocce balls upon request. All forms of boating, fishing and sports activities are on the island. The beach near us where the lifeguards enter the beach area, volleyball and yes, port-a-potty at entrance of beach . We are within walking distance to grocery, liquors stores, as well as, Dunkin, Acme, Wawa, CVS, Jersey Cow, Santuccis, Primo, Aversa, Richmans ice cream, Ernest & Sons (Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins) Tiki Taco, just to name a few !
Just a short walk or bike to the recreation complex with mini golf for the little one, Bocce (court named in honor of my Uncle Dom), pickleball, basketball, skate park, tennis, and free evening beach yoga. LINKS golf course, miniature golf, fishing, boating, and surfing. BIKING A MUST! Tanger Outlets, Atlantic City Casinos, and Boardwalk, Ocean City and Vineyards, local colleges, all a short drive away.
If you do not prefer sharing a building on vacation with other families, or your last year rental was just too tight, we are for you and fam!

Beautiful Brigantine Stay

Lovely house, close to the beach, and the owner was responsive and thoughtful. Arrived to a very nice welcome gift bag, checked in on us during our stay, and extended our departure time on the final day, which we appreciated. We would recommend this rental to any groups of 4 or more. as very helpful. bed,bed, usually included

Amazing family beach spot!

Jennifer was so accommodating and made the process so seamless! We had a great family weekend for Labor Day! The beach (short walk) is huge and gave us lots of beach space with the kiddos. House was spacious and clean, and gave us enough room for everyone. Having the extra den was awesome too!

Great Location

We had a great time at this property! Walkable distance to 38th street beach which was our families favorite. House came with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys. House was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Jennifer, the host, was in constant communication and available for questions.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. Our hostess was wonderful with all our questions, and the house had everything we needed. Our stay was so relaxing, we were able to walk to everything we needed. This was our first time in Brigantine, and we would definitely return to stay here again! The weather was amazing and the beach was so clean and not overcrowded. Our hostess provided beach tags, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use, it made our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this house! It is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean! The location is perfect, close to the beach, close to restaurants and ice cream parlors. The owner Jennifer is such a sweet woman! She helped me navigate my way through town, I have never stayed in Brigantine. She made me feel at home in her home!!! I am looking forward to going back next Summer!!

Weekend at Brigatine

Jennifers house was absolutely perfect, it is up the road from the beach . walkable to everything . The house was big with separate sections for privacy and is super cozy, she has everything you need from games, cooking essentials and beach chairs. My 80yr old mother loved it so did my 12 year old and his friend. I will definitely be staying there again.

Jersey shore visit

Left So Cal for a week at the Jersey shore. Nice beach and quiet town. Property was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. All questions answered or anticipated and addressed. Definitely a property to consider.

Great place to stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property! Jen made us feel right at home with her personalized touch. From the start, she informed us about the newly installed outside shower, just the first of many delightful surprises. The spotless, spacious house pleasantly exceeded our expectations from the pictures. Jens thoughtful decoration of the dining room for my husband's birthday made it even more special. The fully stocked kitchen with sandwich and trash bags was a true life-saver, ensuring a stress-free stay. The bathroom had everything we needed and more! My husband loved the convenience of the beach wagon for a short 2-block walk. Jens attention to detail and commitment to our comfort created a perfect blend of home-like coziness and top-notch hotel comfort. We are immensely grateful for making our vacation unforgettable. GREAT BEACH LOCATION

This property is very conveniently located within walking distance from the beach and there is also a good deli, coffee cafe and Tiki Taco stand just around the corner. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and many other extras included to make your stay comfortable.

Fantastic Time, Great Host!

Excellent trip, beautiful home, walking distance to the beach. Without a doubt, BEST communication from a host I've ever had. Jennifer went over-the-top to ensure we had the best trip possible, starting with a detailed informational phone call a week before, and then numerous texts with additional info. The home was exactly as pictured, fully-stocked, comfy, homey, more than enough space for my husband, two toddlers, and in-laws. Loved the quiet neighborhood and privacy of the backyard. Huge plus that it had beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon (less for me to bring!) Had everything we needed, and then some. Would definitely book again for our trip to Brigantine next year!

Beautiful beach vacation

Our family had a great stay at Jennifer's home. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and two kids. The house has a fenced in yard with table and chairs, grill and outdoor shower which made the outside space enjoyable as well. The house is a quick walk to the beach, supermarket and drug store- maybe 5-6 minutes. Working with Jennifer was wonderful-- she knew we were celebrating my dad's birthday and left him a gift, candles and a birthday banner. We would love to visit again!

Great house

This house is very spacious. Two living rooms, two full baths, and spacious bedrooms were appreciated. The fenced in yard would be great for folks w kids. Beds were comfy. Go to St Georges Pub for their activity nights. They are really fun.

A roomy and comfortable rental

The place is much bigger than it looks in the pics. It had plenty of room for my family including 4 adults and 2 children, a 2 and 4 year old to spread out and not be on top of one another. Very clean. Included everything needed except linens. Jen, the owner was very responsive and answered any questions. Nice backyard. Quiet neighbors. Centrally located and you can walk to the beach, but we usually drove as we had kids and there was always free parking near the entrance. Easy check in and check out. No problems or issues. I will likely rent this property again.

Awesome Place For a Family Vacation

We found the place super clean when we arrived!!! And it is located in a very quite area of Brigantine. With children we had a 7 to 8 minute walk to the beach (not bad at all) and we felt our house, the beach and the entire area was very Family friendly!!!

All Around Great Experience!

It was so great to work with Jen. From the very start she made us feel welcome and that she wanted to make this a great experience for us. She provided lots of details and suggestions and was open to lots of questions. The property was perfect for us! Lots of little amenities that made our experience great. We loved the wagon for pulling beach stuff. We were able to invite family who were staying nearby for dinner because there was so much usable space. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, all around great place!

Excellent all around experience

We recently rented this property while we were in the area for a family wedding. It was a wonderful experience. Jennifer is all one could hope for in a host. The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Jennifer went over and above to make sure we had all we needed and then some. With just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, all we needed was close by. Highly recommend this property, and when we come back to visit family, we will definitely stay here.

Great for a family vacation

We stayed here with my two young children and brother and sister in law. The house is older but meticulously cleaned and well cared for. Jennifer made sure we had everything that we needed down to little first aid kits in the bathroom. She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable and safe traveling during the pandemic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would want for a family who likes to cook. The check in process was simple and Jennifer was readily available to answer any questions. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was not bad at all (5 minutes for adults and 8-10 minutes with the kids). Definitely would recommend.

Spacious and very clean.

Loved the house! Everything was just like stated online but better. Owner went above and beyond to have all needs met. We will refer this place to family and friends and be back again. Quiet and safe location. Within walking distance to Acme and restaurants. House has 3 decks plus front yard which provided all guests plenty of privacy. Also liked having a driveway.

Great place to stay!

We had great communication with the owners and they were very nice. Very easy to get into contact with and even have us eatery suggestions when asked:) We really enjoyed the location of this property. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Short drive to Atlantic City Boardwalk or any attractions. We loved Brigantine, very quiet and beautiful island! The house was spacious and slept everyone comfortably. I have a 3.5yo and 11mo and they had plenty of room to play. Fenced in front and backyard were a huge plus. One of the only driveways on the road which made it easy for loading and unloading. Owners even provided shopping bags since Brigantine is a plastic free market. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay in Atlantic City!

Host was awesome. Very responsive and detailed. The house was clean and spacious. We had a group of 8 and it was comfortable. The double bed could be bigger and the pull out couch should be avoided if possible. Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to walk and bike to places.
