Good for what we needed!

Everything was really nice. We were there to see family so we did not spend much time at the house. More detailed directions to use firepit and hot tub would be great. Not a lot of dishware or pots and pans if you need to be cooking.However, it was clean and the yard was pretty. Communication was great. I would stay there again!

Great house in Phoenix

We had a great stay at this house with family for a long weekend. The outdoor area is beautiful and the house was perfect for our infant as the owner had a pack and play and high chair available to use. Some of the house furnishings could use a refresh as the dining room chairs were very unsteady and the carpet in the bedrooms was very worn. Overall, we had a great stay and the house was a great value for a stay in Phoenix.

Quiet and comfortable with a fun backyard

We came to AZ for a few baseball spring training games. This house was perfect for the 4 of us. Great central location. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a great hangout area. It was nice to sit and have coffee out there in the mornings or cocktails in the evening. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting this area.

Comfortable home and attentive host

We enjoyed our stay here. Bed was comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic, and location was overall good. I hadn't gotten all the details for check in, and it wasn't in VRBO, but the host responded immediately when I sent a message, and made sure I got the info I needed. Definitely appreciated the attentiveness.
