This elegant, bright and cozy apartment is located in an urbanization in Dénia, Alicante. Among the many destinations on the Costa Blanca, Denia is one of the most attractive. Here you will be offered not only beautiful beaches for which the Costa Blanca is famous, but also an interesting historical center, remarkable art, an active marina and spectacular natural surroundings.

In the urbanization you have access to a community pool with children's pool, but the way to the sea is also not far. In just 150 meters you can reach the beautiful beach of this popular resort.
