Small village house

For the most part, very clean with everything we needed. Beds were so so. Living room couch was uncomfortable. The bath rugs need to be washed once in a while. They were filthy. Maybe supply a clean washable bath mat for guests. Location is walkable to village with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Great appliances.

Quaint little house

Quaint little house in a good location. We enjoyed the stay, but thought they didnt have enough dishes in the house. That was until we were cleaning upto leave and found the dishwasher full of clean dishes. It had never been unpacked from the last occupants. As someone who likes to cook, i would of liked some more pots and pan, also some sharp knives

Great location, convenient to all. The house is very well kept and comfortable. The only minor downside is the train noise that comes through town but overall a fantastic place.

Fantastic house with a great location

Absolutely spotless, updated house. Located right in the heart of Fairport Village. Owners were very professional and kept us updated before and during the stay. I highly recommend this cure home.

Great stay in the Village of Fairport

Hard to find 3 Bedroom with 2 full Baths to accommodate our family. This cute home has been recently updated to an open floor plan which lent itself nicely to hanging out, cooking and playing games. In addition, there is a nice outdoor deck and a firepit in the yard. The location in the Village is fantastic- walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the historic Erie Canal tow path. The town of Perinton has a fantastic trail system if you are into hiking. There are plenty of glasses and dishware, but limited pots and pans. All appliances are newer and in great working condition. The beds are just okay. It was great to have laundry facilities. Communication with the manager was excellent. Ryan responded quickly and professionally. We look forward to our next visit.
