Needs lots of work
Pictures are beautiful! But the beach across the street is full of trash ! Lots of problems with not having a working refrigerator ,freezer worked ! No hot water . Host blamed it on power . Power outage was after all these problems . Repairs never happened!! Leak in ceiling flooded couch . Sleeps only six not 8! I received 700 back should have gotten all !! Love Puerto Rico! Will never stay at a rental house again
Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to places to eat. Neighbors were friendly. Washer machine did not work but not an issue. Laundry mat close to house. Garage door didn’t work but not an issue.
We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Brenda was very responsive and we had everything in the home we needed. Would recommend the home for the convenience and cleanliness. Great vacation home. Thank you Brenda
Its a nice home in a great location. We loved having the back patio and used it nightly. We took full advantage of the mango tree in the back yard. We sat out on the patio and listened to the rain, and watched the lizards it was beautifully peaceful.
Brenda & Eddie were quick to respond & answer all our questions upon arrival. They offered tips on places to eat, beaches & things to do. The welcome basket the left for us was filled with some awesome treats.
It was a nice place, and easy to access when driving. The house and back porch were both clean. The back porch was spacious and relaxing. There is a mango tree , so if you go there in the summer you will get alot of those. The bed/ mattress in the main bedroom is low and the oven is missing a rack. Other than that we had a great time, and Brenda was quick with a response to all of my questions.

The house needs some maintenance
The area was well connected to San Juan and its surroundings. But The house is Not for 8 adults it has:
2 double beds,
2 single beds
1 double inflatable mattress but it does not work. The washer and dryer do not work.
The house has leaks in the living room area,
The surrounding homes are not the nicest, but nobody bothered us and we felt safe! A nice neighborhood dog came by to say hi a couple times. It is fairly quiet, especially being by a main street. We had a beautiful view from the kitchen sink. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was shampoo and conditioner, much needed, since I forgot mine. The A/C was nice and cold, and the water was nice and hot! Lemy’s bakery was close by and our favorite morning hang out! The pollo empanadas were amazing!! The espresso was nice and strong too! There was a nice backyard set up. The dryer did not dry too well, but hanging our clothes out in the sun worked just fine. We kept venturing out to the San Juan area, where more activities are. I enjoyed staying away from the busy area though. We felt like locals staying in the neighborhood. Brenda always responded immediately and was helpful throughout our trip.
The house is as advertised and sits just across a busy road from the ocean and a beach. You can hear the ocean at night. Amazing. It's off the beaten tourist path and that means you have to pay more attention. If you like to swim, it's a good idea to find out when the nearby beach with amenities is open and go there as the beach in the front of the house has some challenges: a rock self that makes more than a dip difficult, and no services like trash pick up which is an island-wide issue. It's hard to see how many homes stand empty because the FEMA money wasn't enough to re-build and the ocean will surely rise again. In the mean time this house was a lovely place to set ourselves down to explore the beauty of Puerto Rico and the hosts were responsive and helpful. In our rental car, we visited other amazing beaches on the island. Near driving distance is a big grocery store and awesome bakery. The main road by the house leads to San Juan and the interior of the island. We had a great time and ate through the yummy welcome basket too!

September stay at PR
This property needs better care. If it got that much-needed cleaning and maintenance, it would be just as advertised.
One of the bathrooms was closed due to repairs, this was never informed to us in the weeks-long wait we had from the moment we made the reservation until the check in date. It was an important requirement for me and my family, so we were naturally disappointed. The grass was very overgrown, which is dangerous in this weather as it can be the host of numerous animals and insects. There were glasses filled with cigarette ash, stains all over the floor, and leftover drink from a previous stay in the patio. In one of the bedrooms, there was a hole in the bed, which made it uncomfortable for the family members staying there.
Communication with the owner is difficult, unless it is done through VRBO agents and due to a serious complaint. We had requests that went unnoticed before our check in date, and zero information on any ongoing repairs in the property.
I urge the owners to acknowledge these issues and proceed as needed to make the next guests' stay much more pleasant than ours was.
Beachfront large home with ample room for entire family to spread out. Each bedroom has A/C, large landscaped backyard and covered patio to lounge and enjoy fresh air, SmartTv and fast free wifi. Public beach is at the end of the block with picnic areas, parking, restrooms. Just 15 min from San Juan, 5 min from Bacardi Rum Factory. Levittown's main entertainment area is around the corner and has many restaurants, bars just a block away.
