It is located in a fabulous location only about 5 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing where you have nightly live entertainment, numerous restaurants, and shops galore - and you can just hop on that golf cart - that comes with the house - to get there! You'll enjoy sitting on the lanai or backyard which has lots of seating areas where you can enjoy the use of the grill.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


The amenities this house has are countless; golf cart, bicycles, scooters, sleep number bed, desk, printer, and even an outdoor shower! And once you leave the house, you will have so many other activities to choose from; many pools, sports, pickleball, golf, and any other club you can think of. So needless to say, you will not be bored in The Villages!

This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
