We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, bright windows, a large closet, and a stylish sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! We offer guests the option to bring their pups along as an optional add-on service. Our pet fee is $18/night for the first dog and $6/night per dog after the first ($36 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and rates include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Rental Policy☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

☆Boarding Pass ☆

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property
●Purchase optional add-on services

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)

Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.

☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.
