Oceanfront retreat! Beautiful, newly renovated in family friendly Surfside Beach

Ready for a slice of heaven? Experience a beachfront vacation in our newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo. Beautifully decorated with new flooring, granite, cabinets, and SS appliances, the view is spectacular from the 3rd floor! The oceanfront balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Just steps to the beach and pool!!!

Well stocked kitchen - including a Keurig, Crockpot, skillet, pots, pans, blender, pellet ice machine, glass Tupperware, stocked coffee/tea bar with creamer and sugars and so much more!

Smart TVs are in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with complimentary Netflix. Your rental includes utilities, linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach/pool toys. There are books, games, cards, and puzzles in the living room and room with the bunk beds. Available as a courtesy to use during your stay, we've placed phone chargers (iPhone and Android) in the living room, coffee station, and 2 bedrooms for your convenience. We offer dishwasher pods and detergent pods for washing clothes.

We worked hard in providing a charming, clean, and comfortable condo for your pleasure and ask that you take care of it like yours own. We will work closely with all of our guests to ensure a wonderful stay! PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator. We are on the 3rd floor, and you'll have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The bottom floor is a parking garage.

Parking is limited (1) car allowed under the covered parking (marked 301) and first come, first serve in the uncovered spaces in the front of the condo. Public parking nearby. Surfside does not allow street parking. **Completely non-smoking unit. No smiling on balcony, as well. No exceptions!** Disclosure - There is a security camera/ring camera at the entry to verify the number of guests on the rental contract is accurate and to ensure the "no pets" policy. There are no other cameras in unit.

Surfside Beach has it all - a quiet beach experience with shopping, restaurants, shows, amusements & golf within a few miles of the condo! Kayaks, jet skis, boats, and bikes are for rent in the area. You can choose from local restaurants, the new Surfside pier, or shopping all within walking distance (about 1 mile), take a short drive to Murrell's Inlet for their renowned seafood, or venture into Myrtle Beach for some fun!

The Market Common in Myrtle, is a hot spot for coastal charm, vibrant restaurants and shopping. Additionally, you can visit several Myrtle Beach attractions like Ripley's Aquarium, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk/Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall, and so much more! We can't wait to host you!

Wonderful stay while visiting our CCU student!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view of the ocean is stunning, and you truly can’t get closer to the water. The home was clean, updated, and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. The appliances worked great, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic, relaxing spot for a beach getaway.

Bestie trip 2024 — beach time

Beautiful condo right on the ocean — very comfortable & well stocked with all your needs. Nicely decorated & very clean. Owner answered texts very promptly & tried to fulfill all our requests. The only downside for the three of us was doing stairs to third floor especially with our luggage. Being seniors it was challenging but all in all it was good exercise for us. Loved the beach & the area.

Oceanfront condo

Gorgeous unit located directly on the beach. Beautifully decorated with outstanding views. The property owner Stephanie was readily available. The condo was well equipped and the beds had comfortable temperpedic mattresses. Great location in Surfside. Only con is the stairs if that makes it an obstacle for you. Otherwise do not hesitate to book here

Beautiful condo

The ocean front condo was exactly as described beautifully updated. Kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfortable. It is a third floor walk up with lots of steps, great exercise, however groceries and luggage was a challenge for my husband ;). My only suggestion would be the door has a traditional lock and keys would be nice to have system not to keep track of keys. Otherwise simply perfect in every way! Thank you for a great week,.

Summer Vacation

We had never stayed at Surfside before, but after our visit and this Beautiful place that we stayed, it will be a must now. Our Condo was exactly like the photos shown and more. It was very clean, accessible to all attractions (even Myrtle if you choose to visit). The beach is just steps away. The living room window has the most beautiful view of the ocean. The Condo has everything you need, right down to a fully equipped kitchen with everything and more that you would need. Location is the key. The beach is very family oriented, the area in which its located is super quiet, the locals are extremely nice and if you havent experienced Surfside and this Beautiful Condo you're totally missing out on a relaxing and fun experience! I would give a 10 star if it was available to pick! If you want a place thats super clean, Beautiful view, family oriented and has everything that you would need to enjoy a wonderful vacation or getaway, then this is your place! Communication with the owner always responded quickly *the only reason i contacted her was before I arrived, because I was so excitedI had lots of questions lol* that she didn't mind one bit to respond and she was prompt. I can't tell you how much my family and friends loved this place and what a wonderful and relaxing stay we had 100% satisfied!!

Beautiful Beach View

We visited the area to spend time at the beach and see family that lives in the area. This was the perfect spot for us!! Our family lived 10 minutes away and was able to come visit us almost daily. The kids having their own beds and rooms was a bonus. Being able to wash cool and wash clothes helps save my sanity with a kid who has life threatening food allergies or from packing so much. As a family who have super crazy lives during the school year we look forward to our annual summer trips where we can sit and recharge and this place did just that!!

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay - beautiful view with easy beach access! It was a third floor walk up, but we knew that at booking and got used to it. The pool was small but the kids still really enjoyed it. The kitchen (really the whole condo) was well stocked with equipment and cookware in good condition too. We would definitely come back!

Weekend stay

Overall we had a great stay at the property! A couple suggestions that would’ve made it 5 stars would be, a king size bed in the master bedroom and one that isn’t rock hard would be great! Also, a few extra wash clothes and hand towels would be appreciated. Other than that the condo is very nice and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful condo

We had a great time and loved this condo. It’s beautiful, renovated, clean, and in a great location. The appliances were also nice, bathrooms were great, and it had a well stocked kitchen that was actually organized! The view of the beach was my favorite part. Stephanie, our host, was amazing and answered our questions completely. So perfect and I would highly recommend staying here. We love Surfside and can’t wait to come back.

Family with adult children

The condo was even prettier in person, better than 5 stars. I could tell it was recently renovated, as stated in the listing. The colors and decor were very light and pleasing, giving the condo a very clean appearance. We cooked in often and had everything we needed, nice appliances, coffee maker, griddle, baking dishes, etc. There was plenty of room for 5 of us adults. We could have slept one more person. The view is beautiful. It is peaceful, and nice that only 6 condos are in the building. The workers replaced the walkway to the ocean with weatherproof decking while we were there. The walk is not far to the umbrella line. The pool is small but great for just cooling off. The only "difficult" thing if it matters to you is there are 4 flights of stairs and no elevator, so it was good to have 5 healthy adults. I would definitely stay here again, but would not be able to bring my elderly parents or anyone unable to navigate the stairs. Stephanie was great, very responsive and informative. 5+ stars.

Nice condo

The actual condominium is very nice and well maintained. Everything that you need is there. The view from the balcony to the beach is very nice but if you look straight down to the grounds it's not very nice. The pool is tiny. There is no grass, only weeds & dead bushes. We had to use the local beach access to get to the beach each day because the beach access from the property is damaged and unusable. The parking is not the greatest if you have 2 cars that will be there or if you have a big vehicle. Each condo has one space underneath and then there are 4 spaces outside which are first come first serve. Fortunately there were only 4 cars that needed those spots that week but if you have to wonder each time you come back if there is going to be a space for you it gets a little tiring. While the condo is very nice and the location is great I wouldn't go back here.

Fabulous Stay!

Lovely property, our family had a blast. We LOVE the big window…always a view of the ocean. Decorated beautifully. Very comfy and roomy for our family of 4! The little pool wasn’t open but I’m sure that’s a seasonal thing.

Beautiful Beachfront Location!

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect if you are looking for a beachfront getaway with beautiful views and beach access on property. There were only two of us staying but plenty of room for more with 3 bedrooms. Only “issues” were a little trouble checking in due to door combo access failure but the owner was awesome at resolving that quickly as well as working with our delayed travel plans due to hurricane Ian. As the listing indicates, be prepared for 8 flights of stairs coming and going (I appreciated the exercise) and if you want to watch tv you need to be familiar with ROKU tv. No cable available. We had to download the ROKU app on our phone just to change the volume of the tv as the remote has no volume controls. Do not hesitate on this one, overall it is perfect for a beachfront getaway and is close to dining, shopping, and activity options as well!

The pictures don’t lie!

The pictures of this cute condo on the beach lived up to reality. The owner was very responsive to everything we needed from buying a high chair seat to getting a small issue with the dishwasher fixed the same day. The decor is beautiful and the cleanliness was great. We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. We loved the balcony to have a oceanside drink after the kids went to bed! The pool is small but our little ones loved it. Access to the beach and on-site parking was great to minimize hauling all our stuff. We would definitely rent here again!

Perfect Vacation!

My husband and I initially began the search for a beach house or condo in Surfside when one of our 4 kids was attending Coastal Carolina and playing on the women’s lacrosse team. We wanted to have a place to stay when we would watch her games!
