Our conveniently located apartment is only about a mile from the beach and a 3 minute drive from all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park! Another place of interest nearby is the Frank Brown Park sports complex. You’ll love this place because of the convenient location and the quiet gated neighborhood. The condo has a washer and a dryer, as well as a smart TV (no cable) in the living room. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Wonderful Apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay. The gated complex is close to everything. The only "minor" setback was this apartment is on the 2nd floor so the stairs were tuff for 2 of us on busy days but we managed. Would definitely rent from Ada again!

Spring Break 2024

This property was fantastic! We had lots of space, enough sleeping locations for everyone, and plenty of amenities to get through the week. There could have been a bit more utensils, cooking utensils, toiletries, etc., but those are easy to supply on one's own. Great location, and I would recommend this property to anyone!
