Our approx. 60sqm separate apartment is located on the 1st floor of our semi-detached house in the Lankow district.

The apartment is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom.
All rooms are off the hallway.
The bathroom (with window) awaits its guests with a large shower. The living room offers a high-quality sofa bed (hotel quality with spring mattress), bedroom with a view of the garden and a kitchen with seating for 4 and a dishwasher.

Supermarkets, drinks shops, bakeries, etc. are nearby.
You can quickly reach the Neumühler See nature reserve on foot within 10-15 minutes.

Connection to public transport is very good via bus (5min walk) or tram (15min walk). From there you can get to the center of Schwerin within 15 minutes.
By car you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes.
Through the Schweriner ring road you can quickly get to almost all places in Schwerin or Towards Lübeck, Wismar, ....

Gute Anbindung, um Ausflüge ans Meer, den See und in die Stadt zu machen.
Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Parken kann man direkt davor. In der Wohnung spürten wir sofort, dass auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Es gab viel Stauraum für Kleidung in den Schränken. Sogar ein Bügeleisen war, neben anderen Reinigungsmitteln, vor Ort. Top!

Schöne Wohnung am Stadtrand von Schwerin
Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig am Stadtrand von Schwerin. Zwar an einer Bundesstr., aber das Schlafzimmer geht zum Garten. Für die Fahrräder gab es einen Schuppen.👍

unkomplizierter Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe für zwei Erwachsene, mit einem oder zwei Kindern kann ich sie mir auch gut vorstellen. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet, zum Kochen ist alles da. Ankunft läuft absolut unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Gern wieder!

1 Woche mit Fahrrad Schwerin
Ideale Basis für Ausflüge in die Stadt und Umgebung, da auch eine Möglichkeit zum Abstellen der Fahrräder vorhanden ist. Zur Stadt geht ein toller Radweg durch den Park und die Kleingärten bis fast zum Schloß. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und Ostseeinsel Poel in 50min erreicht.

Schöne Fewo in guter Lage.

Enspannte Zeit in Schwerin und Umgebung
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Schwerin. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht hatten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Ferienwohnung ist man mit dem Bus (Haltestelle fußläufig zu erreichen) schnell in der Innenstadt oder aber auch schnell in Wismar. Wir hatten einen schönen Strandtag auf der Insel Poel. Der See von Lankow ist ganz in der Nähe und zum baden sehr angenehm! Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und sehr freundlich! Gerne kommen wir wieder! :)

Wohnung liegt etwa 6km von der Innenstadt entfernt und mit dem Rad kein Problem. Eine Badestelle im.
Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung etwas aushalten von Schwerin. Alles da, was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter einfach und schnell. Wir würden gerne wieder dorthin fahren.
