Great private spot with outstanding views 180 degrees around! Swim from the L-shaped dock or small swimming area. Row boat. Peace and quiet. Adorable cottage with wonderful, large screen room looking out to the water and fantastic views beyond. Have the perfect Winnipesaukee cottage experience here. Cable t.v. Dock for up to a 21' boat (owner keeps his boat on one side of the dock). Absolutely no outside fires permitted. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
