This condo is Pet Friendly!! Dogs only! If you are bringing your furry friend there is an additional $100 pet fee to us and $150 to the front desk for the leash. Please let us know prior to booking if you will be bringing your dog. Please note some breeds of canine are not permitted by the complex' HOA.

Cruise our waters on a Dolphin Cruise and you're guaranteed to see our favorite sea life frolick through the waves! Maybe you'd enjoy a chartered fishing excursion deep into the Gulf of Mexico, grilling up your daily catch on the water under the stars. Spend your evenings relaxing on your personal balcony overlooking the pool, with the best view in Orange Beach, from Perdido Key, Florida to Gulf Shores! Come and experience true Southern hospitality, cooking, and our laid-back way of life!



This 2 bedroom. 2 bath top floor unit in Phoenix on the Bay II is spectacular! The lavish custom Cherry kitchen with full-height granite backsplashes, countertops and stainless steel appliances is ideal for any gathering! The unit is also equipped with a full wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. This condo can accommodate dining for 10 and sleeps 5, with plenty of space. The master suite is spacious with an enormous master bath, complete with his/her sinks, jetted corner tub and full shower. You'll also enjoy the large utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is expertly decorated and everything is new. The building has many amenities for your enjoyment as well, including an expansive lazy river and children's splash pool, putt putt, roof top tennis and basketball courts, full gym, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzis, outdoor grills, boat slips and a lighthouse!



Local Attractions include: The Wharf and the Amphitheater at the Wharf, The Bird of Paradise Arial Tours, Flora-Bama Lounge, LuLu's Restaurant (owned and operated by local celebrity Lucy Buffett, Jimmy's sister), Pirate's Cove (the original restaurant that Jimmy Buffett wrote "Cheeseburger in Paradise" for), Parasailing, Dolphin Cruises, Jet-Ski rentals, beautiful nature and bicycle trails through our protected national parks, charter fishing excursions, Adventure Island, The Gulf Coast Zoo (recently featured on The Discovery Channel as The Little Zoo That Could), The Hangout, etc.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle.

I have a lightning app on my phone that lets me know when lightning is in the area. We had to leave the pool area every day but the last one. Every time a small cloud got close, we had to leave with NO lightning close by.

My husband is an amazing cook and worried the kitchen would not be properly stocked for a large meal, but he made it work! He did point out the stove was a little small, but if you aren’t cooking ham and turkey with several sides that’s unlikely to be a real issue! Haha Julia was amazing as we prepared for our trip and really helped to ensure it was a seamless experience from a customer service standpoint. I really appreciated her efforts! We are already considering going back during the spring because my kids loved the pool area (but it was too cold to swim during our stay!) it’s become a Thanksgiving tradition to spend the week at the beach and we typically stay at Gulf Front beaches so I was worried we would be disappointed on the bay/cove area. We had no regrets! Calm, beautiful views, beautiful condo and wonderful customer service that went beyond past experiences or expectations!

Beautiful view

After a long hot boat ride, I couldn’t wait to arrive at destination and get in air conditioning. I did not realize an email with instructions would be coming from property manager and not directly from vrbo. Email w instructions went to spam and I never saw bc I was “searching” keywords like vrbo. So we panicked not knowing how to get in to condo. Finally after much to do (calling property management which had left 30 min after check in time & vrbo who tried their best to help)I started searching in spam folder and found. Once we arrived it was a pleasant stay. We slept well in the blackout bedroom. Only issue was it’s by the trash shoot and I was t aware why every now and then why there was so much noise at 5:30am. Other than that we had a very nice stay. Take a float for the lazy river which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect Place

There was a dirty spoon near the TV in the guest bedroom along with a bug on the pillow (photos to prove it), and there were no batteries in the remotes. We had to go out and get batteries. I slept in the recliner, because of the bug, but other than those things, the location was great and the place was very cozy and relaxing.

This is our third year to stay at Phoenix on the bay 2. We like this location because of the location and the service from the host. The lazy river the two girls loved. Also, very close to some excellent seafood restaurants. We plan to go again in 2024.

Fantastic and laid back

The unit is clean. A little off the beaten path but so close to everything. We loved the quiet neighborhood and friendliness of the staff and residents. If you are looking for a quiet rest and a great place to take your family and pet this is a wonderful place to stay. The lazy river and the view of the boats going and coming each day are fantastic.

TV problems

Need batteries for TV remote in LR. Also need instructions for TV and replace HDMI cord which was attached to TV. Maintenance used the Blu Ray cord to hook to Direct TV. Bad cord is loose under TV.

The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Perido Beach Blvd. It is about a 5 minute drive to the public beach. We have stayed at Condos on the beach, but being on the Bay side saves about a $1k for a week stay.
