We had a short, but good stay, at the farm, on our way through Fort Scott. Amanda was very responsive and hospitable; a great hostess! Listing is exactly as stated. Fort Scott is a great little town undergoing renaissance, and worth a visit.
Amanda is a fantastic hostess and her suite is huge, very clean, and comfortable! I love that she allows pets and has lots of outdoor space. This was the perfect location for exploring the Kansas Rocks Recreation Park. Fort Scott has plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and car washes to tidy up your vehicle after hitting the trails. We will stay here again the next time we visit the park, and highly recommend it.
Amanda was a lovely host who gave us a tour of her property and introduced us to her horses and donkeys! The animals were a wonderful addition to the house and were fun to visit when we walked around the property. Our dog had a great time, as well.
The house is conveniently located to the community college with the Gordon Parks Museum as well as the National Historic Site and downtown!
