Nice quiet location. I liked the amenities, but parking was a bit funky. Street parking was safe. Location was convenient to all the major areas in Eureka, Lolita and Fortuna.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Meh
Somewhat disappointing with the overall cleanliness. The bathroom rugs were visibly dirty maybe even stained from all the use. The back patio/cushions had dirt piles all over it. Hadn’t been touched for a long while. Right over the patio is the sewer drain, which was left wide open and obviously recently unclogged. Used nasty toilet paper and feces all down the side of the hill where the patio is at.
The parking spot is too small for you and the neighbor to both park in driveway. Which was not a huge deal, we just parked in front of the house on the steep hill.
