The fireplace is not operable.
Six wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Good location/quiet area but time for some reno

We stayed in this condo while visiting family for holidays. It was a good amount of space and the beds were super comfortable. It’s an older unit and shows its age in some ways-especially the carpet, the kitchen supplies and the overall decor. But for a quick overnight, it was a good option.

Perfect place!

We loved our stay! We will stay again. Everything was so CLEAN. Great location with access to the river. Quick drive to the downtown area and many food locations. House is spacious. Plenty of clean towels. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Great riverfront condo

On the down side, there is a flight of stairs to climb to get to the condo, and once inside there’s another flight to get to the bedrooms. The condo is a little outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. Pros - this condo has 2 big balconies with the best views overlooking the river. We spent all of our down-time out there watching the people, turtles, deer, birds and squirrels. The condo is across the street from schlitterbahn and next door to a delicious pizza take-out (Di’s homemade pizza). The location can’t be beat, and with river access. Inside it was very roomy and comfortable, the beds were great, tvs in all the rooms, tons of storage, and there’s a washer & dryer in the unit. The floor plan is perfect for the early risers (like me) who like to drink coffee before the family wakes up, as there is a handy little half bath downstairs. It had everything we needed, we felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again, and again, and again.

Great property and location

We were pleasantly surprised when walking into this adorable property. I love the 2 balconies, one on each level that overlook the river. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked. It’s also literally right across the street from the schlitterbahn, which would be great during the in the on season. Will stay here again if we come back.

You get what you pay for

Our stay was okay. For the price, you can’t be too mad (off season weekday price, wouldn’t pay anymore). There is nothing special about the place, beside the view and location, which was the main reason that I chose this place and also because it had a pool. We had our 16 month toddler with us, the river drop off is much too deep for him so the pool was the plan. The pool was closed all the days that we stayed due to being shocked and we did not find out until after we got dressed and headed down for it to say closed (which is not the property owners fault, but made our stay less pleasant.) The carpet has many stains on it. One of the bed skirts in the rooms had small stains that looked like blood. One of the toilets had something unpleasant on the outside of the bowl, which led me to question if our condo was even cleaned. An employee came by on our second day to replace a air condition filter and place some items in the condo, while we were staying, which I thought should have been done before we arrived or after. There is a note that asks you not to lower the ac below 73 or 72 degrees (can’t remember which) or you will be responsible for damages. If you are looking for a super host, look elsewhere. In comparison to my other stays at other properties, nothing was done to personalize our stay for our anniversary, which isn’t expected, but is always a nice gesture. Though this place is located on the river, there are no beach/river towels so bring your own. There was not anything for morning coffee, which is always nice to have. There were 2 open and unlabeled pods laying on the counter (not sure what they were for, but is dangerous to leave out). The restroom floor had splats on it that could’ve and should’ve been moped. Though all you need is provided for your stay, everything is bare minimum so expect 1 ply toilet paper and paper towels. We were stuck outside trying to figure out the check in for a while due to the directions being wrong (you have to press the lock button after, not before the code). Luckily we found a park near by that had the perfect entrance for our baby to play in the water that made our trip worth coming out to. When I read other reviews about stairs I didn’t realize how inconvenient they could be. Parking is right in front of your condo, but there is a flight of stairs to get to the condo and then of course there is another set of stairs in it. Overall, we had an okay stay, but will invest in something better next time.

Could not get the tv’s to work. No instructions on how to use the 3 remotes. Not enough towels. Dish sponge was old and used. The cooking utensils were rusted. Owner of C107 and her daughter had their 4 big dogs (2 light brown 2 black) jumping in & outing the river by the step ladder. Her black dog scratched my back and was pulling my bikini down. Two other dogs pushed my daughter under water by her shoulders. Also did that to two other smaller children. We were at the end of our float and The older lady told us to tie off our tubes by the step ladder instead of the other railing and we told her no because other people were trying to get out with the step ladder. Especially a 7 month pregnant lady. She was rude and hateful. I told her to control her dogs and let me worry about the tubes. She said she owned condo c107 so she had every right to be there as we did regardless of what we paid.
