dringend renovierungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung hat ihre besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich und eine Renovierung dringend nötig. Hier ist seit dem Bau in den 90er Jahre offensichtlich nicht viel geschehen. Wir wurden gleich bei Ankunft mit einer herausgebrochenen Schranktüre und kaputten Glühbirnen empfangen, der Lichtschalter im oberen Bad hat einen Wackelkontakt, Gardinenstangenhalter sind halb aus der Wand gebrochen, der Handtuchhalter im unteren Bad hängt auf halb Acht, von den Platten des Herds bröckelt der Rost, der Staubsauger ging bei einmaliger Benutzung in Rauch auf, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und Risse, genauso wie die Tapete und der Teppich. Auch wenn der Urlaub sehr schön war und die Lage der Ferienwohnung wirklich gut ist, werden wir hier kein Gast mehr sein.
