This beautiful location is situated on the clear waters of Lake Sunapee and has just been updated. We recently bought the home and would love to share it with you. As you enter the main floor, you will be amazed by the view of the lake. Relax in the open-design living room, on the screened-in porch, or down on the large dock. It's the perfect spot for the July 4th holiday!
This is the perfect spot to enjoy summer -- go for a swim or kayak.
Sleeps up to eight people. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, the main floor bedroom has a queen; one upstairs loft has a queen. A second loft is a cozy sitting/reading area or an additional sleeping space with a twin bed and an additional twin trundle.
Equipped with a modern kitchen, sun porch, gas grill, and seating outside, you’ll feel right at home.
Amenities include a washer/dryer, kayak, flat-screen TV, and board games.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the lake view or head out and explore the area. You will love how close it is to hiking/biking trails, restaurants, local attractions, shops, grocery stores, and the lake harbors.
A quiet neighborhood, the property is best suited for couples or families.
