This quirky, rustic house is nestled in a Beautiful family-friendly neighborhood of Clear Lake, walking distance to downtown and the lake. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with a large, open living room with an ocean of natural light. Across the street from park and playground and ice rink, two blocks to Wellness Center, three blocks to Central Gardens, and three blocks to public pool and waterslides.
Cottage is located in quiet, beautiful neighborhood walking distance to downtown and the lake. It is connected to the Winter ice rink, is directly across the street from the neighborhood park and playground, and is only two blocks from newly constructed wellness center. We have been married for 32 years and have two children. We love to travel here in the United States and abroad, going to concerts, hiking, working out, movies, riding bikes, theater, and trying new restaurants. We also love people and enjoy hearing stories about their lives. We have a two person, Vespa scooter and thoroughly enjoy driving it around in the summer. We pretty much live outside in the summer!
Why they chose this property
We were drawn to this property because of it's incredible location in Clear Lake, walking distance to downtown and the lake, three blocks to Central Gardens, two blocks from the new Wellness Center, three blocks to public pool/waterpark, across the street from a park, and connected to the winter ice rink. We also love old things and this house is from the 1930's with a rustic but modern vibe. It used to sit right on the shore of Clear Lake but was moved to its current location in the 1950's.
What makes this property unique
Open-concept, tons of light comes flooding through the many windows, the gorgeous beed board walls, the front room also doubles as a morning sunroom to sip coffee and read a book or watch the news. Clean and bright!!!
