Newley remodeled duplex surrounded by unbeatable Pacific Northwest forests. Our home is truly a wonderful place to relax & unwind after your adventures in town. Just minutes from biking & hiking trails, local wineries, great restaurants, bakeries, and breweries and only 3.7 miles to Hayward Field! Central Air and a fully fenced yard. This home will leave you wanting for nothing. Located in SE Hills it's a safe part of town and minutes away from Spencer Butte Hiking trail.

A year in to COVID we decided to leave our old lives behind and AirBnB around the Pacific North West. Eugene was our first stop and we immediately fell in love! It's home to a wonderful university (GO DUCKS!), gorgeous hiking, half way between the beach and the snowy mountains, delicious restaurants and a diverse set of breweries (if you need suggestions, let us know). We didn't find a place we could call home for a few months, but once we found this duplex we knew Eugene would be the place to put down our roots. We hope you enjoy your stay in our duplex and Eugene as a whole!
