Great Stay

Stayed here over the holiday weekend, great price and I was very pleased with the place. Very close to the square and campus, and plenty of good food around. Host was great and replied quickly.

Great place, great location

Visited Oxford many times.over last 4+ years while son at Ole Miss..sad this was first time staying here as was awesome. Very comfortable. Close to everything yet very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend as a nice spot to chill.

Very clean and quiet, great location

The condo was clean and simple. It had everything we needed, including plenty of parking. The complex is very quiet; we heard no neighbor noise at all. It felt very safe as well.

DO NOT BOOK!

This property was disgusting!!!!! It smelled terrible and the entire apartment was dirty: the floors, floorboards, the shower was full of hair and the sheets had hair on them. There was dried paint on the floors, a broken floor board and a cracked door. There was no soap provided and no hand towels. There were gnats or drain flies in the bathroom and cobwebs on the ceiling in the kitchen. The outside area of the unit was dark and did not feel safe. Honestly..the worst place I have ever stayed.

False accusation

Condo was as expected and close enough to campus for us to enjoy the home opener game. We were not in unit much but it was evident when we arrived the the unit wasn’t ready with a charger left and other items which seemed like it was a rush to get it ready for our 3pm arrival. We were not in unit much. Did not use a single dish, play any games, etc. was a place to sleep After our stay the owner accused us of breaking a curtain, tampering with XBOX and breaking a headphone. We did not and do not appreciate the false accusation. Just be warned if staying with the renter and take photos of everything prior to.
