This beautiful, completely renovated vacation home is beautifully situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.



From the 40 m² garden room you have a fantastic view directly over the dunes, the heath and the forest. From here you can observe a rich wildlife. The vacation home has 8 bedrooms at both ends of the house. The heart of the house is a beautiful kitchen in open connection with the dining area and one of the 2 living rooms with a TV corner and access to the terrace. The other living room is connected to the activity room which, in addition to a pool table, table soccer and darts, also has a TV and a lovely wood-burning stove to create the right cozy atmosphere. For lovers of retro games, there is also an arcade with over 5000 games. Two players can play at the same time, so maybe you'll have a few fierce duels on a gray day?



There are 3 good bathrooms - all with underfloor heating, and you can enjoy a nice trip to the sauna or the wonderful 2-person hot tub. Outside there is a 100 m² terrace with garden furniture and plenty of space for socializing and relaxing. In the garden there is a beautiful wood-fired hot tub for 8 people that can be used all year round, as well as a fireplace and cozy corners. The garden is fenced and offers many fun activities for children, such as a playground with playhouse, swings, slide, trampoline, seesaw, soccer goal, basketball net and table tennis. If you need even more activities, there are plenty of great options in the surrounding area.



At Ringkøbing Fjord you can try out various water sports, and just 200 meters from the house there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and mini golf courses in the summer. There are also many good cycling and hiking trails in the beautiful nature that lead to both the forest and the beach. The beautiful North Sea is 1500 meters from the house, and there is a cycle and pedestrian path to it. The house is located next to Nymindegab Klitplantage, which also offers good opportunities for mountain bikers, and at the nearby riding center (500 m) you can take a ride on an Icelandic horse through the forest. The nearest larger towns are Nebel and Hvide Sande, both of which have a rich commercial life with exciting specialty stores, cosy cafés and wonderful restaurants. There are also local museums in the area with working workshops, fantastic arts and crafts and last but not least
