Beautiful and Relaxing

We truly enjoyed this cabin! Its so close to Gatlinburg and provided everything we needed. We had a hard time finding the cabin when we arrived and your maintenance employee was gracious enough to meet us and show us the way. So appreciated!

There could be some improvements

The parking is very steep, tricky and not a lot of room. The house was a pretty good layout but didn’t seem very well insulated as you could hear every move someone makes in that house and there were 6 of us. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were very loud and also had mattress covers on them which made them hot to sleep on, and the king bed upstairs leaned downward very bad towards the head of the bed. Everything worked as expected and check in was very easy and contactless. We never spoke to the property manager.

Very run down and dirty

The house was very run down and very dirty. You could not use any of the outdoor furniture as it was either broken or covered in bird poop. The porch was over grown with weeds, you couldn’t get to the hot tub. In the house the kitchen light didn’t always work and you had to flip the switch at least 3 times before it would come on. The furniture in the living room is very old and dirty. The beds were the most uncomfortable things any of us have ever slept on. Not to mention we had to wash the sheets upon our arrival as there was some type of stains and dirt in them. The amount of dirt that was left piled in the corners of the bedrooms was disgusting and the walls were covered in dirt, stains and cobwebs. The bathrooms were disgusting as it looked as though someone got sick on the walls and it was never cleaned off. The shower curtain liners were covered in mold. Nothing like going on vacation and expecting to relax but you have to clean before you can even begin your vacation. I called the office and they did come out a few days later and remove the outdoor weeds and replace the shower curtain liners but did nothing to rectify the remaining issues. The house definitely did not match their description. The house was not worth the money we spent

House Keeping

I stayed with children, there was no broom and a vacuum that barely picked up anything. When we arrived the floors were not clean.

nice spot. nothing fancy

our family stayed here for thanksgiving. if you are looking for a nice cozy spot without all the fancy things, this is a good spot. it was clean and comfortable. the only downsides are that there was no view really and because it is up in the mountains, we had to go up and down to do anything. the roads are windy and just became a little bit of an inconvenience. if you plan to just to stay in the house the whole time, it shouldnt be a problem. but if you plan to get and move around every day, it is something to consider.

Great location, terrible bed, small living room

The good: the location is great and the hot tub is big The bad: terrible beds, like awful. The living space is small, seating for only four and only three can see the TV. Small kitchen. The toilet clogged with little flushed down. The downstairs bathroom was not clean.
