Very private gated property sitting on 1/2 acre corner lot hidden behind tall hedge. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath completely renovated with new wood floors, brand new roof and impact glass. Bathrooms are from Porcelanosa with automatic flush Toto toilets. Kitchen equipped with high end appliances such as sub zero refrigerator, Wolf oven and Thermador induction cooktop. The house feels very bright and is designed around the pool area. The oversized pool is heated and functions on salt water with an overflow. Other features include private well for the irrigation of the yard, automatic Swat mosquito system and last but not least this is a no flood zone which keeps the insurance at a very low
