IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY:
*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Two Saltwater Pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), Hot Tub for the adults, Tennis Court, Family Grilling Area. **Golf Carts are NOT included with rental!
PARKING: The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. Parking Passes are $40.00 each + tax and are required for each vehicle. 1 pass is included in your booking and it is up to you to purchase a 2nd pass prior to arrival. Additional vehicles can be parked at our office at no charge. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available on site, but can be parked in the designated area only!
PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Relax on beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula in Gulf Shores, AL. This cottage is located in THE ROOKERY Community, 15 miles west of Gulf Shores just past the 6-mile marker. YOU park right in front of the cottage and no elevators to carry your things up and no long hallways. Just like being at home.
Enjoy sitting on the screened porch and listen to nature at its finest. The cottage offers a keyless lock entry, WiFi, and satellite. The LIVING ROOM offers two Sofas, one of which is a Sleeper Sofa, chair, and flat screen Television. The KITCHEN offers an island for additional space and is well equipped with cookware, utensils and appliances – regular coffee brewer but also a Keurig machine. The DINING area is centrally located in the heart of this cottage which provides a table with seating for 8.
The PRIMARY bedroom offers a King Bed, television and private bath with tub/shower combination. BEDROOM 2 also offers a King Bed with a television. BEDROOM 3 offers a Queen Bed and television. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination. You will also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer so stay up on the laundry!

Easy access to the WHITE, sandy beach is across the street (.4 miles), no crowds, no high rises, watch for dolphins on their daily swims. Take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and visit Fort Gaines & the Sea Lab Estuary. Explore any of the three marked Bon Secour trails, all within ten minute drives. Ample parking, bring your boat, the marina is only 4 miles away.
