ROOM 1: One King, Smart TV + Master Suite
ROOM 2: One Queen Bed
ROOM 3: One Queen Bed
Room 4(Den): Twin bed with Twin Trundle, Smart TV
Additional Sleeping: Queen Pullout Mattress in Living room
INDOOR LIVING: Master bath has Bidet & Squatty potty, Black appliances, Dining room and large living room with ample seating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, Two New louvered Pergolas adding shade and versatility, New modern hot tub, corn hole outside, Outdoor dining table, Outdoor Smart TV, Propane Grill, patio furniture, and propane fire pit *No pool heat
KITCHEN: Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, 5 stage filtered water system that connects through the refrigerator, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, toaster oven, and rice cooker to name a few appliances for your culinary needs
GAMES: Dart board, hook & ring game, squirt guns, diving toy, Jenga, corn hole, and paddle tennis. Inside: monopoly, sorry, connect 4, playing cards, a handful of coloring books and crayons.

PARKING: Ample parking space with a 2-car garage and side parking area for boat, RV, & ATV’S
