Sometimes all you need is an escapade to the beach and everything will be alright! This third-floor condo in an oceanfront complex provides guests with an array of entertaining family-friendly amenities, including several swimming pools, a six-person covered hot tub, a lazy river, a fitness center, and so much more. Your private balcony allows you to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while admiring peek-a-boo beach and ocean views. An inviting living area with a queen sofa bed encourages guests to unwind and watch a favorite show on the wall-mounted TV with cable. When mealtime comes, the fully-appointed kitchen will have your back! Find all major amenities needed to whip up memorable meals and beach snacks, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar that seats up to three people. This retreat's bedroom hosts a comfortable bed, another TV, and an en suite full bathroom.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children’s activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets.

Things to Know
*The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
